The city is announcing that it will lift certain confinement measures and progressively resume services to citizens. As the situation evolves, we will take other steps towards resuming activities in accordance with public health directives.

Reopening of sites
The permit office is open by appointment only and only to residents who have or who want to apply for a construction permit and to companies that must deliver housing before July 31, 2020.
Companies can apply for a permit for any construction project.
Appointments cannot be made on site in any borough, and residents must make an appointment by calling 311.
We continue to offer service for all requests and applications that are available by phone or online.
The gradual reopening of outdoor tennis courts continues until early June. Only free play singles matches are permitted, and no lessons or training sessions are allowed.
Players must follow hygiene measures and maintain a two-metre physical distance from others at all times. To ensure everyone’s safety, some measures have been put in place. Players must identify their tennis balls. And while the wearing of a face covering is not mandatory, it is recommended.
Parks are open. Access to Île Notre-Dame, including the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve and Parc Jean-Drapeau, is now authorized.
Children’s playgrounds and play structures remain closed until further notice. Access to sports facilities is not authorized for team sports.
