Participatory budget 2023

Image de bloc 3D en train de s'assembler

It’s almost time to vote! But first, this is your last chance to participate in choosing which projects will be put to the vote this fall.

The first participatory budget exercise begins on March 15, and we want to know what your ideas are as soon as it is launched.

The ideas received from residents will be transformed into projects that will be implemented in your neighbourhoods, with a total budget of $500,000. As well, borough residents will vote on the projects they want to see developed.

In addition to participating online, six in-person workshops will allow residents to create connections between their idea and those of their neighbours, and ultimately to improve them.

Please visit Making Montréal to learn more about the steps to follow to contribute to the participatory budget.

Plan local de déplacement (PLD)

Visuel Plan local de déplacement

Orientations, strategies and concrete measures to discover!

The various steps undertaken since spring 2022 to develop the Local Transportation Plan, including public consultations, have provided valuable information on the issues of concern to the population of CDN-NDG and our mobility needs for the future.

Many people participated in our survey in spring 2023 and learned about the strategies that were developed and the goals that were identified as part of this process. Strategies were prioritized and opinions were shared based on the reality and understanding of mobility in CDN-NDG.

Two information sessions were recently held. Our teams gathered your comments and answered your questions as part of this participatory process.

A transcript of the questions and answers will be available here on the Making MTL website in the coming weeks.

Elie-Wiesel Park

A new park will be developed in the Westbury housing project. The Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough wishes to take this opportunity to involve the population of the area in the development of this future park.

Located within walking distance of Nelson-Mandela Park, which offers a multitude of services and facilities, you have the opportunity to choose the layout and enhance what is on offer for the future park on the Westbury site.
