During this meeting, the borough’s elected officials will submit the 2024 Operating Budget and 2024-2033 Ten-Year Capital Works Program (TYCWP) for adoption.

Anyone wishing to attend the meeting must come to the Borough Council room by 4:45 p.m.

Question period:

Anyone wishing to ask a question to Council members must register between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m. at the table provided for this purpose. If a question is asked online, it cannot be asked in person. The questions should be submitted only once.

Questions may be submitted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting. Question will be read out by the Borough Mayor or the Borough Secretary.

In accordance with the 2nd paragraph of section 144.6 of Charter of Ville de Montréal (R.S.Q., c. C-11.4), the deliberations of the council and the question period shall deal exclusively with the 2024 budget and the ten-year program of capital expenditures for 2024-2033.

The mayor or her replacement will invite each person registered to ask their question or submit their request, based on the order established via a random draw and alternating between a man and a woman. Each person can ask a maximum of two (2) questions.
