The mandate of the Demolition Committee is to study and approve applications for the demolition of buildings in the borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Discover the project that will be studied at the May 2022 meeting, which will be held in person at the borough hall.

Description

During this meeting, the committee will evaluate the demande to authorize the demolition of a residence built between 1905 and 1907, located at 13483, boulevard Gouin Ouest, in order to allow the subdivision of the lot into four and allow the construction of 4 semi-detached single-family dwellings.

Covid-19 special measures

The meeting will be held in person at the Borough Hall on Wednesday, May4, 2022 at 6 p.m. A limited number of people (15) will be admitted to the Council room, in compliance with Covid-19 sanitary measures. No reservations are necessary. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Once the maximum capacity of the room is reached, it will not be possible to assist to the sitting in person.

What is the role of the Demolition Committee?

The committee’s meetings are an opportunity for the population to learn about the various projects under study and to ask questions about them.

The committee is made up of members of the Planning Advisory Committee and its function is to study certain requests relating to the demolition of a building and, if necessary, to decide on the project that will replace it.

Any person may, within 30 days of the decision of the Committee, appeal the decision in writing:
