Twin sisters welcome you to the Returns Department, where merchandise returned to the store by disgruntled consumers is inspected. On their conveyor belt, they discover all sorts of dysfunctional items and manufacturing errors. Little by little, the temptation to play with the merchandise takes hold of them, but the objects play more than one trick on them!

Combining physical theatre, circus, visual arts and puppetry, Département des retours is a playful look behind the scenes of the production of objects, a moment of freedom where we end up getting attached to a slipper with a steel toe.
