The purpose of this information session is to explain the process of developing a Special urban planning program (SPP) for the development of boulevard Saint-Charles, as well as the advantages of producing such a program to guide the future planning of this sector.

A few weeks after this public presentation, a public consultation will be held, where everyone will be able to express their views on various themes through an online consultation platform.

• Overview of the concepts of TOD/AATC and density (*transit-oriented development/*aménagements axés sur le transport en commun)
• Identification of the area of intervention for the production of the Planning Guide
• Issues and problems of the sector 
• Vision for the future of the boulevard Saint-Charles 
• Public question period: at the end of the presentation, a short question period will allow on-site participants to obtain further details on the process.

In an effort to involve citizens in the process from the outset, the Borough took the initiative of organising this meeting before embarking on the production of the boulevard Saint-Charles planning program, which aims to transpose as accurately as possible the issues experiences by the population, in accordance with the Pierrefonds-Roxboro Public Participation Policy.
