Reinventing Montréal aims to revitalize the site at 4000 Rue Saint-Patrick in Le Sud-Ouest. You are invited to attend a public presentation of the finalist projects, an event usually held behind closed doors.
With Reinventing Montréal 2020-2021, the city is pursuing its green transition goal by giving a new vocation to an industrial site of some 28,000 m2. In response to an international call for projects launched in 2020, two finalist teams have developed an innovative and eco-friendly project.
The finalists will present a project that must combine jobs, economic development, community and cultural activities while also creating an exemplary site in terms of sustainable development, environmental standards and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
