Draft by-law RCA20 17332 was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on June 1, 2020 and will be submitted for a 15-day written consultation period starting today, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170153.

The purpose of this draft by-law is to authorize use category E.4(1), “kindergarten and elementary school, high school, and day care centre” in zone 0695 so as to allow Collège Villa-Maria to temporarily set up, for a maximum of two years, classrooms for physical education.

Any person may submit comments or questions in writing concerning this draft by-law until 4:30 p.m. on June 18, 2020, as follows:

• by mail, to the Division du greffe of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, 5160 boulevard Décarie, Suite 600, Montréal, Quebec H2X 3H9

• by completing the online form 

Any person submitting a comment or question must provide his or her name and address and a telephone number or email address so that he or she can easily be contacted. The project address or resolution number must also be mentioned.

A videoconference consultation session will be held at 6:30 p.m. on June 18, 2020, at which time the borough will hear individuals who wish to speak on this matter.
