If you own property in Montréal, you can change your mailing address on the assessment roll.

You can also contact us to:

  • change the language of documents: If you are an individual, you can ask to receive our communications in French or English.
  • change the principal owner of a property: If your property has more than one owner, only a single owner can receive our postal mailings.
  • change your mailing address: You can change your address or add a designee (i.e., “in care of” or “to the attention of”).
