Accès-Loisirs Program Back in Lachine for the Summer Season
This summer, you will have access to various water sports at the new waterfront park as part of the Abordage Lachine project, funded by the Borough and managed by the Centre multi-ressources de Lachine. Canoes, kayaks and SUPs (standing paddleboards) will be available free of charge on Tuesdays, 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., July 13 – August 31, 2021. You must register with the Accès-Loisirs program in advance.
Registration will take place at the Centre multi-ressources de Lachine, 514 – 19e Avenue:
- Thursday, July 8, 9 a.m. – noon
- Friday, July 9, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
The following documents are required. Bring them with you:
- Proof of income: notice of income tax assessment, claim booklet or pay stub
- Proof of address
To qualify, your household income before tax must be below the low-income cut-off (LICO) established by Statistics Canada. The LICO differs depending on the number of people in your household:
- $26,620 (1 person)
- $33,141 (2 people)
- $40,743 (3 people)
- $49,467 (4 people)
- $56,105 (5 people)
- $63,276 (6 people)
- $70,449 (7 or more people)
