After a decade of activities, the exhibitions To get a drink you have to sell! Advertising and Black Horse Beer in the 20th Century and The Dawes Brewery in Lachine will close on December 18, 2022. The virtual exhibition will no longer be online from then on as well. The Musée de Lachine invites you to take advantage of the last few days to see or re-visit the exhibitions featuring objects and advertisements for the Black Horse beer produced by the Dawes Brewery in that era. 

To mark the end of the exhibition and to allow the public to access it one last time, the Musée de Lachine will organize a festive event on February 10, 2023. Details will be announced shortly.

The exhibitions are open to the public on Fridays and show evenings, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., as well as on Saturdays and Sundays, noon – 5 p.m., in the vaulted rooms and tunnel of L’Entrepôt of the Complexe culturel Guy-Descary.
