Parc Frédéric-Back is an ambitious environmental rehabilitation project that is constantly evolving. Come explore the design elements in the new La Plaine area. No less than 14 hectares have been added to the park, equal to 20 football fields.
The new elements mean that the entire east side of the park is connected, from south to north.
You can enjoy spectacular landscapes and participate in activities organized by TOHU: Take a walking tour, see the “vélo des curiosités” (bike of curios), borrow a kite—or make one at a “Grain de ciel” workshop.
You can also wander off on your own: walking, jogging or cycling! The trail provides universal access.
Contact TOHU for reservations and to borrow equipment: 514-376-8648 or tohu.ca.
