A Reading Festival for Tiny Tots
Are you a parent with a child who is 5 years old or under? Then the Festiv’ÉLÉ, organized by the borough of Lachine’s libraries, is for you!
April 2-10, this festival to awaken children to reading and writing will be in full swing at the Bibliothèque Saul-Bellow as well as at the Bibliothèque de Saint-Pierre. Putting into practice its slogan “If you read as a toddler, you read forever”, the Festiv’ÉLÉ, offers families a number of activities including shows, readings and workshops, starting on April 2, International Children’s Book Day.
A passport, surprise bags of books and special activities for daycares are also part of this major event for families and young children.
