The team at Sid Lee Architecture has won the competition to revitalize the site at 4000 Rue Saint-Patrick in Montréal’s Sud-Ouest borough.
The Cabot Workshops: a community-based circular economy project
Sid Lee Architecture has proposed a multifunctional site housing exhibition, broadcasting and event spaces, artists’ studios, offices and shops, as well as an industrial and technological incubator. Facilities dedicated to food production and distribution will be developed, as well as a biodiversity area.
