NPOs take action for Montréal businesses
On April 9, 2020, the city rolled out its financial contribution program to enable non profit organizations (NPO) to implement concrete solutions to support businesses that are impacted by the hardships of the pandemic.
We are happy to announce the first 3 selected organizations:
- The Consortium de ressources et d’expertises coopératives, coopérative de solidarité, who will provide technical support to social economy organizations in various aspects of their management.
- Architecture sans frontières Québec, who will support small stores with the internal configuration of their premises in order to comply with the new health guidelines, and will produce a guide for health and safety configurations in small commercial spaces.
- The Association Centre-Ville de Lachine, who will set up a transactional site for the area’s stores, in support of local purchasing and delivery.
The city congratulates the selected organizations and is grateful for all those who take action to support Montréal’s economy
