The Service de l’évaluation foncière processes the assessment rolls of the 16 municipalities within the Montréal agglomeration. You can go there to ask questions, consult the roll or request a review of your property value.

Closing of the point of service

This point of service will close permanently on Friday, March 17, 2023. Services will now be offered at the Property assessment - Main point of service
West Island citizens who wish to file a request for a 2023 roll revision can do so online, or in person at Pierrefonds-Roxboro Borough Hall, starting Monday, March 20, 2023, until Monday, May 1, 2023.
