Montréal’s municipal court is a tribunal that offers civil, criminal and penal legal services within Montréal’s city limits.
The municipal court includes judicial services related to processing statements of offence (tickets) for parking and traffic violations. This tribunal also hears cases related to infractions of municipal regulations (cleanliness, waste collection, urban planning, etc.).

Pay your ticket online
You can pay parking or traffic tickets online.
Only the person whose name appears on the ticket or, in the case of a parking offence, the owner or long term lessee of the vehicle described on the ticket, can pay online.

Points of service
The municipal court offers residents 5 points of service: 2 counters at the main courthouse and 3 other points of service in the east, north and south quadrants of the island. In addition, nearly 40 counters provide court-related services in the 19 boroughs and related cities.
