  • Household waste collection
    Collection day : Wednesday, every two weeks
    Hours : Take out containers between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. the day of collection

  • Recycling collection
    The collection takes place on TUESDAYS.
    Place containers in front of the building between 7 p.m. the evening before and 7 a.m. on collection day, as close as possible to the road without blocking the sidewalk.

    Containers accepted :
     - Bins provided by the City
     - Authorized containers
     *The use of plastic bags as containers is prohibited
  • Collection of construction, renovation and demolition debris and bulky items
    Collection day : 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month

    Hours : Take out containers between 7 p.m. the evening before and 7 a.m. on collection day.

    Exceptions : Collection is offered ONLY to residential buildings. Mattresses and upholstered furniture should be put out along with garbage for the regular household waste collection. Except for appliances whose halocarbons have been recovered, refrigeration or air conditioning appliances (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, cellars), as well as televisions and information technology appliances, must be returned to an Ecocentre.
  • Collection of green waste and dead leaves
    Collection day(s) 2025 : Tuesday
     - April 22 and 29;
     - May 6, 13, 20 and 27;
     - June 3, 10 and 24;
     - July 8 and 22;
     - August 5, 19 and 26;
     - September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30;
     - October 7, 14, 21 and 28;
     - November 4, 11 and 18.
    Hours : Take out containers between 7 p.m. the evening before and 7 a.m. the day of collection.
    Containers accepted :
     - Reusable rigid containers
     - Paper bags
     - Cardboard boxes
    Plastic bags are not accepted.

    Collection days of natural Christmas trees : Wednesdays January 7, 14 and 21, 2026
    Trees must be free of all decorations.
  • Food waste collection
    Collections take place on TUESAYS.
    Place bins in front of the building between 7 p.m. the evening before and 7 a.m. on collection day, as close as possible to the road without blocking the sidewalk.
  • Organic waste collection
    Organic waste collections is offered via the collections of green waste and food waste.
