- Household waste collectionSince November 1, 2025, the collection schedules in the Plateau-Mont-Royal will be modified. To find out the new collection schedules in your area, click here (in French).
Steps to locate your residence on the map
• Open the map (in French).
• In the top left corner, click on the magnifying glass.
• In the search bar, enter your address.
• Click on the map background near your residence.
• The collection schedules for your area will appear in the sidebar on the left side of your screen.

Collection day : Thursday.
Hours : between 7 p.m. the evening before and 7 a.m. on collection day.

Collection day : 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month

Not accepted in this collection, in particular:
- Upholstered items (mattresses, chairs, armchairs, sofas, etc.)
- Electronic products
- Refrigeration and air conditioning appliances
- Hazardous household waste
These materials can be disposed of at the eco-centre or through other collection services.

The rest of the year, the green waste collection is included in the collection of organic waste.

Items must be deposited in the alleyway for the following streets:
- Durocher Street (odd adresses only): between Milton and Sherbrooke Street West
- Hutchison Street : between Milton and Sherbrooke Street West
- Parc Avenue : between Milton and Sherbrooke Street West
- Mont-Royal Avenue (odd adresses only): between du Parc and Saint-Urbain
