Tricot Saint-Lau
Tricot Saint-Lau gathered students from the cégep de Saint Laurent in order to learn knitting, in opposition to fast-fashion. They created squares that the artist Karine Fournier - Tricot Pirate - will use to cover two objects in the museum’s permanent exhibition. The Cercle des fermières de Saint-Laurent and the artist Ophélie Clermont came to help the students and Léa Richard took photos during the project. The Ministry of Culture and Communications of Quebec, in partnership with the Cégep de Saint-Laurent, made this activity possible.
