Food poisoning, unsanitary conditions or fraud

If you got food poisoning following a meal in a restaurant, saw unsanitary practices or noticed mice, rats or pests inside a business that sells food, report it.

You can also report labelling problems or fraudulent practices, such as operating an establishment without a license.
