As the days grow shorter and the temperatures cooler Saint-Laurent’s cultural scene comes alive more than ever!

Until mid-December, let culture come to you! Saint-Laurent residents are invited to enjoy around thirty free activities designed for all ages and interests. Whether with family, friends, or on your own, discover a diverse, accessible, and welcoming program. The Fall Cultural Season has a wide range of artistic, festive, and inspiring events in store throughout the season, including:

  • Open House and Dance: On September 18 starting at 5 p.m. at Bibliothèque du Boisé, meet the Maison de la culture de Saint-Laurent team and attend Aube, an inspiring dance performance about women’s resilience.
  • À corps d’âges: A sensory and poetic world where dance, music, and light come together to delight audiences of all ages. Inspired by the parent-child bond, this performance celebrates discovery, listening, and connection. At Salle Émile-Legault on September 19 at 10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
  • Beyries in Concert: An intimate musical evening with award-winning Montreal singer-songwriter Beyries, whose heartfelt voice and moving songs have captivated audiences. Presented at Salle Émile-Legault on October 7 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Attention : Fragile tells the story of two characters “delivered” in boxes who discover a world of offices, catalogues, and consumerism. In this inventive physical comedy, they learn to live together and navigate life’s little bumps with humour and poetry. At Salle Émile-Legault on October 24 at 7 p.m.
  • À corps & vins: A 90-minute immersive experience combining wine tasting and contemporary dance. Guided by a sommelier and four performers, attendees discover unique pairings between each wine and a choreographic creation, in a sensory journey where flavors meet movement. Centre des loisirs, October 30 at 7 p.m.
  • Un 60 minutes avec Véronique Isabelle Filion: Véronique Isabelle Filion is a comedian with a unique style, known for her absurd, bold, and authentic humour. Introduced to audiences through Le prochain stand-up and the podcast Poules mouillées, she excels in what she calls “absurd-flirty-committed-raw” comedy, tackling sensitive subjects with candour and authenticity while drawing inspiration from the awkward moments of everyday life. December 11 at 7 p.m. at Salle Simon-Major.
