It’s finally the season for hot chocolate and long walks. This year, Saint-Laurent invites you to step out of your cocoon and enjoy many wonderful activities.

Saint-Laurent residents are invited to discover around twenty free activities, designed for all ages and interests. Whether with family or friends, enjoy a rich and diverse program that’s welcoming and accessible to all. Saint-Laurent Cultural season offers artistic, festive, and inspiring events to be shared without moderation. Highlights include:

Tranche de vie
Kick off the season at Salle Émile-Legault on Saturday, September 27 at 7 p.m. Dive into the world of three artists: Carine on the mic, Assane on guitar, and Noël on calabash.

Parfums de cardamome
Bring the whole family and immerse yourself in Eastern culture through storytelling with Franco-Lebanese author Najoua Darwiche. On October 17 at 7 p.m. at Centre des loisirs, she shares childhood anecdotes inspired by evenings spent at her grandmother’s house, filled with the aromas of coffee and cardamom.

Glob
Take advantage of Saint-Laurent’s Cultural season to discover — or rediscover — Glob. This performance features two strange and whimsical creatures, where circus becomes poetry: slow gestures, curious glances, and meaningful silences. A visual, wordless show for all ages, presented on Saturday, November 8 at 7 p.m. at Salle Émile-Legault. A moment to be savored.

The one(s) who never lived
Two performers move through a choreography of synchronized precision, evoking the monotony of industrial processes and assembly line work. The performance stages a dialogue between the natural and the industrial, the human and the mechanized, highlighting how these opposites can coexist. On November 21 at 7:30 p.m. at Salle Émile-Legault.

Tony vend des billets
Step into the wild world of Tony, a ticket seller like no other, where every ticket hides a story, a lie… or an explosive truth. Between hilarious misunderstandings and unexpected revelations, this play — presented on Friday, November 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Émile-Legault Hall — will make you laugh, think, and never look at a box office the same way again!
