Green programs in Saint-Laurent

Subsidy offered: 50% of the total bill for a maximum of $150 before taxes per person
Eligible products: washable panties and underwear for bladder leaks and bedwetting, waterproof product bags, washable durable sanitary ware, washable inserts, washable potty training pants, adult cloth diapers
More support is offered to low-income families.

Emergency preparedness kit financial assistance
Subsidy offered: 50% up to $125 before taxes on the purchase of a home emergency kit and a road safety kit for the car per address
Eligible products: one home emergency kit and one car emergency kit.

Financial assistance for the purchase of sustainable feminine hygiene products
Subsidy offered: 50% of the total bill for a maximum of $150 before taxes per person
Eligible products: menstrual cups, washable period panties, washable sanitary napkins, washable inserts.

Financial assistance for the use of cloth diapers for babies
Grant offered: Up to $150 before taxes.
Eligible products: cloth diapers for babies
More support is offered to low-income families.

Cloth diapers

Financial assistance for the use of environmentally-friendly household equipment
Subsidy offered: 50% up to $125 before taxes
Eligible Products: Household composters, vermicomposters, electronic thermostats, dimmer switches, motion sensors, LED bulbs, door, window and roof caulks, solar panels and lights.
More support is offered to low-income families.

Household equipment (in French)

Financial assistance for the use of fuel-free landscaping equipment
Grant offered: 50% of the bill for a maximum of $200 before taxes will be granted per residential building and per responsible person (owner or tenant). Limit of one device per building per year.
Eligible Products: Electric, battery or manual lawnmowers, electric or battery-powered edgers, electric or battery-powered hedge trimmers, electric or battery-powered leaf blowers, electric or battery-powered snowblowers.
More support is offered to low-income families.
