Truly accessible training sessions

Yoga, cardio boxing, tai chi, Zumba, and more: there’s something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level! The training team ensures that the movements and intensity of the exercises are adjusted to suit the abilities of each participant. 

In addition, the sessions are offered at affordable rates, which vary from one course to another.

Spring 2026 schedule

  • Sessions last 10 weeks 

  • Priority registration for participants who were enrolled in the fall or winter session: starting March 9 

  • General registration: starting March 11 
  • Classes begin: March 23
