The borough of Lachine has called upon the Office de consultation publique de Montréal (OCPM) to organize a public consultation on whether to proceed with the open-water swimming pool project as planned in Lachine, in accordance with the bylaw on the Montréal Charter of Rights and Responsibilities and on the right of initiative.
