The city will replace streetlights on Boulevard Jacques-Bizard, between Rue Cherrier and Boulevard Chèvremont, in L’Île-Bizard—Sainte-Geneviève borough. The projected upgrades aim to enhance safety in the area.

Street lighting on Boulevard Jacques-Bizard, between Rue Cherrier and Boulevard Chèvremont is currently insufficient. The planned construction work aims to:
- improve lighting for enhanced driver, cyclist and pedestrian safety
- replace obsolete lighting equipment
- upgrade street lighting to meet standards
- bury the new electric wires
