Buying or leasing a municipal building

Are you interested in buying or leasing a building that belongs to the city? Find out everything that you need to know.

Procurement

The city sometimes sells land from the municipal land reserve, which is property that it holds to promote development for the benefit of the population. It also sells land that it acquired due to non-payment of taxes.

The sales process is initiated by the city and usually takes the form of a call for tenders.

Calls for tender underway

The details of the sale are published in the Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) and in the list of calls for tender published by Le Devoir.

No calls for tender underway

Let the city know that you are interested in municipal land or buildings by submitting this completed form by e-mail or postal mail. Upon receipt of your request, a call for tenders may be issued, but the city is under no obligation to do so.
