Cancel a cat or dog license
Did you lose your cat? Do you need to part ways with your dog? Did your pet die? Here is how to cancel a pet license.
You have 15 days to cancel your permit if:
You gave away your pet
You lost your pet
- You moved away from Montréal with your pet
- You are mourning the passing of your pet
The license cannot be reimbursed, transferred or assigned to another person.
