In accordance with the by-law concerning the sanitation, maintenance and safety of dwelling units (03-096), you are required to declare all bed bug extermination operations in Montréal. Be sure to obtain a permit from the ministry (Ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs) before any such operation is undertaken in a building.
