You will need to provide the following information in your declaration. 

Photos of your service line 

• Please provide 2 photos of the water service line inside your building:
• A photo of the section of pipe between the wall or foundation floor and the valve used to shut off the water supply to the building.
• A second photo of the immediate surroundings of the water service line. 

Proof that the material is compliant 

• To prove that the pipe of the private section is compliant along its entire length, both inside the house and underneath your property, please provide one of the following:
• An invoice specifying the material and length of replacement piping
• One or more photos of the replacement work showing the new pipe during excavation or the lot during the replacement project (including the street address)
• Any other document demonstrating the type of material of the water service line on the private section.
