Disclose a property sale that is not registered in the Québec Land Register
Did you purchase immovable property, and the sale was not recorded in the Quebec Land Register? You must notify us. Find out how.
Property transfer duties are payable on all immovable property sales in Montréal, even if the sale was not recorded in the Land Register.
You have 90 days after the property transaction to complete the following form:
You must also provide the following documents:
- Copy of the deed of sale
- Copy of the nominee agreement, if applicable.
By e-mail
Once you submit your disclosure, you will be invoiced for your property transfer duties.
