Public information session – Property assessment roll for 2026-2027-2028
If you are a property owner in Montréal and you would like to gain a better understanding of the assessment process, you can attend the presentation by France Mousseau, professional appraiser and director of the city’s property assessment department.
Description
The city is inviting citizens to attend a public information session regarding the highlights of the 2026-2027-2028 property assessment roll. The information shared will provide a better understanding of the roll, how it is updated, and how the assessment values are calculated.
A question period will follow the presentation.
Location of the session: On the mezzanine level of the Martin-Brodeur Arena. The session will also be webcast. Registration is required.
Please submit your questions before the meeting, using the registration form.
Questions regarding specific properties will not be accepted.
