Proximity neighbourhoods
Real estate industry players were invited to envision a mixed-use project that focused on the theme of “Proximity Neighbourhoods.” The development project will revitalize an underutilized site, promote active mobility, reduce car dependency, decrease pollution and improve quality of life by bringing services closer to residents. Ultimately, the city will sell the land to the winner to carry out their project. Find out more on the Reinventing Cities Web site.
