The course introduces social media, online communities, messaging, sharing, streaming, digital reading, hobbies, online shopping, digital payments, online banking, and healthcare portals.

Each week focuses on helping participants understand how these tools work, what choices they control, and how to use them safely at their own comfort level.

By the end, participants will have explored a wide range of everyday digital tools and gained a clearer sense of how technology can support communication, learning, convenience, and independence.
