Pierrefonds-Roxboro Celebrates Black History Month
This February, the Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro proudly marks the 35th edition of Black History Month—a time to highlight the cultural richness and essential contributions of Black communities to Québec, Canada, and our own borough.
Each year, this commemorative month reminds us of the importance of recognizing the heritage and impact of generations of Black communities across all spheres of society. To honor this occasion, our Borough will raise the Pan-African flag and offer a diverse program in our libraries:
