The Club des pêcheurs et chasseurs sportifs du lac Saint-Louis (Anglers) and the Lachine Sailing School offer sports and recreational activities here for fishing, hunting and sailing.

Behind the building, the Borough organizes activities on the dance floor, which is converted into an ice rink in winter.
