The stick & puck activity is designed for practicing your personal hockey skills: skating, shooting, passing and puck handling.

During the holiday season, additional time slots for free figure skating have been added.

Here are the rules for this activity:

• The session is open to all Montreal residents who already have a basic knowledge of figure skating
• Time slots can be reserved 48 hours in advance.
• This period is strictly reserved for free practice of skills (dancing, jumps, figures).
• Skaters must always look around them for their own safety and that of others.
• The corners of the rink are used for jumps; spins are done in the center of the ice.
• Training with a private instructor is not permitted.
• Helmets are mandatory for children 6 years of age and under.
• Participants without the required equipment will not be admitted (no equipment loans).
• Children 11 years of age and under must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
