The Montréal-Nord borough is pleased to offer a new ice time slot at Rolland Arena: Stick - Puck - Ring. This open practice session is the perfect opportunity for residents of all ages to improve their individual hockey or ringette skills in a safe and welcoming environment.

What is Stick - Puck - Ring?

This is a free skating session during which participants may bring their stick and practice individually on the ice. It is an ideal time to work on:

• Stickhandling and puck or ring control
• Skating techniques (agility, power, turns, etc.)
• Shooting and passing accuracy

Important: This activity is intended for individual skill development only. Games, scrimmages, and slapshots are not permitted in order to ensure the safety of all participants.

Who is Stick - Puck - Ring for?

This activity is open (according to the schedule) to all skaters who wish to improve their skills, regardless of their experience level.

Mandatory equipment for all participants on the ice:

To ensure everyone’s safety, the following equipment is required:

• Skates
• Hockey or ringette helmet with a visor or full face cage
• Neck guard
• Hockey or ringette gloves
• Hockey or ringette stick
• Puck or ring (recommended for practice)
