Through sports, leisure activities, community education, and community events, the Milton-Parc Recreational Association (ARMP) strives to highlight the area’s vibrancy, strengthen its identity, and raise the neighborhood's profile.

The center is closed on the following public holidays and scheduled closure periods:
- January 1: New Year’s Day
- Easter: Easter weekend
- May: National Patriots' Day
- June 24: Quebec National Holiday (Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day)
- September: Labour Day
- October: Thanksgiving
- December 23–31: Holiday season and New Year’s Eve
