• Access is open to all users; no membership is required.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Maximum playing time is 60 minutes.
• Play sessions begin on the hour (e.g., 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM). The court must be vacated at the end of the hour to make way for players waiting to play.
• Booking via the designated user board grants priority use.
• To book, place a card bearing your name in the slot corresponding to your chosen time on the booking board. Retrieve your ID card at the end of your session.
• If no one is waiting, you may continue playing for an additional 60 minutes, subject to the same conditions.
• Athletic shoes and a shirt must be worn.
• Smoking, eating, and bringing glass containers onto the court are strictly prohibited.
• Waste must be disposed of in the designated recycling bins and trash cans.
• Inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, strollers, scooters, and other wheeled equipment are prohibited on the court.
• Animals are not permitted on the court.
• These rules must be followed whether or not an attendant is present.
• Players must take care of the equipment and facilities.
• Players must always show civic-mindedness, courtesy, and respect toward other users and staff. 
• Any posting not authorized by Outremont, as well as any use of the facilities for a purpose other than that for which they are intended, is subject to a minimum fine of $500 (AO-637).

Liability

Outremont is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, including identification documents left in the reservation panel.

Enforcement

Access to the court may be denied to any person who violates these rules or disturbs the peace.
