Théâtre de Verdure
The Théâtre de Verdure in Parc La Fontaine, offers a free outdoor program of events all summer long. Music, dance, circus arts, plays and films are presented in this 2,000-seat amphitheater. Shows and films are presented Wednesday to Saturday from June 11 to August 26, 2026.

Practical information
Entrance
Entrance is free of charge for the entire programming of the Théâtre de Verdure.
No reservation required, except for the following events, for which a free ticket is required:
- June 11, 2026: Émile Proulx-Cloutier
Tickets available on May 28, 2026, at noon
- August 8, 2026: Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (children’s show)
Tickets avaialble on July 25, 2026, at noon
Doors generally open 30 minutes before the beginning of the event.
The Théâtre de Verdure can welcome 2,000 spectators. For most events, everybody can easily find a spot.
However, for very popular events, there may be a larger crowd. Once maximum capacity is reached, access to the venue is closed. For those events, spectators are encouraged to arrive earlier, to find a spot.
Weather-related cancellations
In case of severe weather conditions or thunderstorms, the event may be cancelled. Decisions are made at the very last-minute and are announced on the Web site and on social media platforms. Look up your event before making your way to the theatre.

Rules to follow
For safety reasons and to make our events possible, glass bottles, bikes and animals are prohibited at the Théâtre de Verdure.
Accessibility
There is a dedicated entrance for people with functional limitations. This entrance opens 45 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin.
Some twenty spots are reserved for wheelchairs. Properly identified assistance dogs are permitted.

There is no reserved parking for Théâtre de Verdure clients. Public and active transportation are recommended.
