Multi-purpose park for outdoor activities such as basketball, tai chi, or soccer. In winter, it features a boarded skating rink and a decorative ice rink.

Basketball Courts renovation

The basketball courts, located at the heart of Habitations Jeanne‑Mance, have been fully redesigned to offer improved playing conditions for all players, regardless of their skill level:

• brand-new hoops installed at different heights
• two full courts to accommodate a variety of game formats
• spaces adapted for free throws as well as regular games
• addition of bleachers to bring the community together
• enhanced lighting to extend evening play

The team also took advantage of the work to add court markings for pickleball. Nets, paddles, and balls are even available free of charge on site, at the active station in the park chalet.

Designed in harmony with their surroundings, the new facilities emphasize an ecological approach: stormwater management, reduction of heat islands, and planting of native species, including around ten trees to green and cool the site.
