Report an issue with a traffic light

Is there a broken traffic light? A problematic intersection? Let us know, so that our crews can assess the situation.

Report the issue to help us address it effectively. The following are examples of problems you may report: 

  • A defective traffic light 

  • A defective pedestrian crossing sound alert 
  • A traffic light hidden by a tree 
  • A dangerous intersection equipped with traffic lights 
  • Damages to the post or base of a traffic light

Please specify if the reported problem concerns pedestrian, bike or vehicular traffic.
