The tax applies to parking spaces used for non-residential properties. In downtown districts, the tax is charged both on interior and exterior spaces. In other districts, it applies only to outdoor lots, larger than 5,000 sq. m.

The amount of tax is calculated by multiplying the taxable area of parking by a rate that varies by district.
