Birds - La conférence des oiseaux - Juulie Rousseau
Inspired by Farid Ud-Din Attar’s Persian tale, this interactive performance takes you on a journey where cultures and emotions meet.
Description
On stage, artists from diverse backgrounds combine santur, flutes, piano, viola, cello, percussion and voice to create an original and sensitive blend of folk, world music and song. Against this background, Juulie Rousseau unfolds her “multi-world” universe, linking sky, humans and birds. The touching and poetic work invites you to sing and whistle and leads from laughter to wonder and reveals the fragile, luminous beauty of our shared humanity.
