The council adopted at its meeting on February 10, 2025, the first draft resolution numbered CA25 20 0084 (PP-33) aimed at authorizing, on lot no. 1 449 545 (1550 rue Lapierre ), the demolition of the existing commercial building and the construction of up to 69 housing units, despite the provisions of zoning by-law no. 2098 and despite the provisions of the by-law on Sustainable Site Planning and Architectural Integration no. LAS-0146.
First draft by-law no. 2098-LAS-209 amending zoning by-law no. 2098 to allow the installation and use of containers in community, commercial, industrial, and public service zones, to specify the classes of uses for which they are authorized, and to set standards for their number and location.
First draft by-law no. 2098-LAS-210 amending Zoning By-law no. 2098 to modify certain standards related to commercial terraces.
