The LaSalle Borough Council adopted the first draft resolution bearing CA24 20 0364 (PP-34) aimed at defining standards and conditions for uses, landscaping, architecture, parking, traffic, snow removal and waste management on lot 1 930 790 (225 avenue Lafleur), notwithstanding the provisions of Zoning By-law 2098.

The purpose of this project is to authorize Commercial (c), Industrial (i) and Community (p) uses on lot 1,930,790 (225 avenue Lafleur), and to modify the parking standards applicable to the site.

This particular project is located in zone I07-40 and that make it subject to approval by referendum.
