At its meeting of November 4, 2024, the Board adopted the first draft resolution resolution bearing number CA24 20 0459 (PP-35) to authorize, on lot 1,725,821 (2051, rue Lapierre), the construction of a multi-family building with 120 units, and this, despite the provisions of Zoning By-law nº 2098 and the Règlement sur les plans d’implantation et d’intégration architectural integration program by-law no. LAS-0146.

The purpose of this project is to authorize, on lot 1 725 821 (2051, rue Lapierre), the construction of construction of a five-storey, 120-unit multi-family building, with a courtyard with an interior courtyard accessible from Lapierre and Pigeon streets.

This particular project is located in zone 10-T3 and is subject to referendum approval.
