A special sitting of the Borough Council will be held on Monday, October 7, at 6 p.m., in person in order to adopt the budget 2025 and the programme of decennial capital expenditures for the years 2025 to 2034.

Description

The sitting will be held in person at the borough council room and the video recording will be available through live webcast on this page, and on the Pierrefonds-Roxboro YouTube channel.

This special sitting will be immediately followed by the October Ordinary Meeting at 7 p.m.

Submit a question for the Borough council meeting

Citizens are invited to submit their questions to elected officials by registering in person starting at 5:45 p.m. Questions must only be related to the 2025 Budget and 2025-2034 CEP.

The questions received will be read by the Mayor and answers will be provided.
