Share your memories of Vieux-Saint-Laurent and help create a community book!

Every neighbourhood is shaped by the stories of the people who live there. A meaningful place, a long-gone business, an inspiring neighbour, a memorable event, or simply a cherished moment… All of these memories contribute to the richness of our shared heritage.

The Vieux-Saint-Laurent Library invites you to take part in a collective memory project led by Josiane Desroches, founder of La Boîte à souvenirs.

Over the course of two friendly sessions, you will be guided in sharing and writing about a memory that is meaningful to you. You will also have the opportunity to contribute one or two photographs to enrich your story.

At the end of the project, all contributions will be brought together in a community book that will help preserve the memory of Vieux-Saint-Laurent and serve as a valuable record of its history. Every memory shared helps tell the story of our neighbourhood.
